If you don’t have turkey on hand, feel free to substitute with store-bought rotisserie chicken and leftover veggies. It is an easy dish that can be made in a pinch. A delicious dinner that will clear out your fridge and is the best part of the day after Thanksgiving.

Easy Recipe To Make With Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

When you are ready to repurpose Thanksgiving leftovers, print out this easy recipe and get to work. No need to head to the grocery store because you have everything you need at home. All the flavors of Thanksgiving dinner in one casserole dish. Comfort food at its finest!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 package, 12 oz, frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (keep frozen or thaw)
  • 1 jar, 12 oz, turkey gravy
  • 1 box, 6 oz, stuffing mix, cooked/prepared

Directions:

Heat oven to 375. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Add turkey, vegetables, and gravy to your dish. Remember, you do not need to thaw out your vegetables for this recipe if you are using a frozen package. They will cook on their own in the oven. Mix well.

Top with stuffing. Make sure you cover the entire dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes uncovered or until the dish is heated through. Serves 4-6
